I have been under the care of Dr. Dziopala for several months now and he has been very supportive and encouraging throughout my healthcare journey. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and work with me on realistic goals instead of making me feel rushed or judged. I appreciate that he’s helped me stay motivated and focused on improving my health. The staff is also friendly, and my visits have always been smooth. I’m grateful to have a doctor who genuinely cares about my progress.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the care provived by Christopher Dziopala. During my visit, I found his demeanor to be consistently impolite and dismissive. Instead of the compassion expected at a health care setting, I was met with condescending language and a refusal to communicate about the issues at hand. More concerning, Christopher Dziopala actions well after the visit were a misuse of his position. The consistent phone calls regarding my mental well-being were not an issue nor discussed during my visit, yet 3 weeks later I am still receiving calls from the facility. I have let them know that Dziopala is using his position to harass me and cause unnecessary emotional distress. The fake reviews on here celebrating his expertise as provider are just that, FAKE! If this harassment continues I will be seeking legal action!

We had a very positive experience at this clinic. The staff was kind, respectful, and always willing to help. They treated my uncle with patience and compassion, which made a big difference for our family. The clinic was clean and well organized, and the doctor Christopher Dziopala took the time to listen and explain everything clearly. We are very grateful for the care he received and highly recommend this clinic.

I had a great experience at Evara Health with Dr. Christopher Dziopala. The level of care and professionalism from both the doctor and the staff was excellent. Dr. Dziopala was very thorough, patient, and made sure all questions were answered. The staff was welcoming and efficient, creating a comfortable and positive environment. I’m very grateful for the quality of care and attention I received. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: Christopher Dziopala falsified my medical record. He wrote me prescriptions on 2 different occasions that could have worsened my heart failure condition. I did not take the medications. My illness became worse because I could not get the medication compatible with heart failure. Patients BEWARE! This guy is off his rocker! I am reporting to the Florida Board of Nursing! This man should not be serving the public! He has violated the Nurse Practice Act. He has made medication errors, provided poor care and falsified my medical records. Normally people do not exercise their rights. I will! People please do not allow this man to treat you poorly! REPORT!! CHRISTOPHER S DZIOPALA.
